We only use doors which have been awarded official certificates meaning that only the doors of the highest standard are available for purchase.

All the doors we produce have been tested and certified in numerous ways. Using weights and different tools we have vigorously tested our doors to the limit, which can guarantee quality and a long life for your security door. For more information on how they are tested, you can always ask our specialists and they will provide test certificates for you.
Acoustics
ACOUSTIC
Sound proof tests have been conducted by installing a door to a wall, the same way as we would install it in your house, and on one side of the door various wave lengths of sound are emitted by speakers and the sound is measured by a precise microphone. The strength of the sound on the other side of the door is measured with a second microphone. This means that once the data is fed into a computer, it can accurately work out how much sound has been blocked and absorbed by the door.
Design
DESIGN
We design our doors using AutoCAD, Punch 5, ArtCAM and SolidWork software. We manufacture our products using specialised CNC milling, punching and bending machinery. These are standard industry softwares which are more than adequate of designing and constructing high security products.
